![]() Her colleague, Martin Süssman, travels to Ausschwitz shortly afterwards to take part in the annual ceremony to mark the liberation of the camp on January 27th. She’s aware, as are others, that the popularity of the Commission is precarious, so they have to come up with something really special to maintain their reputation. She is in charge of the Culture Directorate and has been tasked with organising a special event to mark the Jubilee Celebrations of the European Commission.
